Quality Care of Services

Staff and Contractor Training Center

Training is important here at AOBB! Training and development is an ongoing process and some trying may be required annual as a refresher. This section will offer you with needed skills and knowledge for our consumers’ quality care of service and to ensure their successful treatment process. All training in this section will ensure the following while working with consumers:

  • Improve safety for individuals receiving care or services with professionalism, understanding, and knowledge.

  • Provide individuals with appropriate services and ensure the quality of care and services.

  • Become more responsive to individual's linguistic, behavior health needs and cultural preferences.

  • Reduce errors.

  • Increase satisfaction in individuals receiving care or services from AOBB.

  • Increase use of preventive services.

  • Deliver equitable services and reduce disparities.

AOBB Training Modules

All training module must be completed within the first 30 days upon being employed. Some training modules must be completed with in the first two week. Be sure to complete each modules assessment after each assessment you will receive a certificate of completion upon completing each training.

Failure to complete your training may present you from working with consumers. However, once all modules are completed with in your scheduled time you will be able to resume working with consumer. Note: Your assigned consumer may be reassigned.

Introduction to Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities

Training Module 1

This training module must be completed upon the completed with the first week of you hiring paper work.

Below is your IDD Test, use the Intro to IDD Teaching Module to help pass this test. You are allow to take this test as many times until earning a passing grade.


CORE VALUES, CONFIDENTIALITY, & HIPPA
Training Module 2

This training module must be completed with in the first 2 weeks of being contracted or employed. There are two test required upon the completion of this training.

Below is your Core Values, Confidentiality, and HIPPA (C-C-H) Test, use the Core Values, Confidentiality, and HIPPA Teaching Module to help pass this test. You are allow to take this test as many times until earning a passing grade.


Competency-Based Training on ​
Client Rights and ​
Workers’ Responsibility Training Module 3

This training module must be completed with in the first 2 weeks of being contracted or employed. There are two test required upon the completion of this training.

Below is your Client Rights Test, use the Competency and Client Rights Teaching Module to help pass this test. You are allow to take this test as many times until earning a passing grade.


OnTarget Clinical and EVV

Training Module 4

All Training in this section must be completed with in the first week of being hired as an employee or contractor. All take EVV training if this training is assigned by your supervisor.

Your login and password will be assigned upon your OnBoarding.

Additional Training

Training Modules 5

All Training in this section must be completed with in 30 days of being hired as an employee or contractor. Not completing this training may have a negative effect on your ability to work with consumer or in the office.
