OnTarget Clinical Portal and EVV

Welcome to the OnTarget Clinical Portal Login page. OnTarget is what you will use to submit assigned consumers’ grid notes, time logs, and other information. You will need to complete all training provided in the OnTarget Clinical Training portal. This training can be found in the Training and development section under the HR tab of this website. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the AOBB office.

Individual Supports and Time Clock Function

Contractors assigned to a consumer with Individual Supports (T1019-U4) in-home personal and/or home health care services are required by law to use the time clock function during each visit, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Those assigned to Individual Supports (T1019-TS) will not use the time clock function. Your supervisor will inform you which service your consumer has.

To log in you will need to enter the username and password assigned by the office. If you are properly logged in, you will see Array of Brighter Beginnings in the Company section before logging in.
