AOBB, Inc. is headquartered in Gastonia, NC, and provides services to individuals in Mecklenburg, Gaston, York, Union, Cabarrus, and Iredell Counties, as well as surrounding areas. AOBB, Inc. is nationally accredited

by The Joint Commission for Behavioral Health Care Services.

With over 40 years of combined experience, the founders, Carlos Webb and Janet Barnett, provided service to children, adolescent teens, and adults in the social and human services profession. Array of Brighter Beginnings Inc. is nationally accredited by the Joint Commission for Behavioral Health Care Services.

Array of Brighter Beginnings is a culturally diverse organization with a mission to provide youth, adolescents, and adults with an array of opportunities and support for improved quality of life and interpersonal connections.


Our Philosophy

Array of Brighter Beginnings, Inc.’s philosophy recognizes that everyone has basic human rights and promotes treating all persons with dignity and respect. The underlying premise is that no person shall be subjected to discrimination based on disability (physical, developmental, or mental), gender, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, marital status, socioeconomic status, or political affiliation. Services will focus on individual needs and encompass each person’s social, physical, spiritual, and psychological uniqueness.

 Program Description

Array of Brighter Beginnings, Inc.’s programs are designed to permit consumers with life-altering situations to live a normal life and to help develop coping skills to have a better quality of life and find purpose in mainstream society. Array of Brighter Beginnings, Inc. provides behavioral health programs that support individuals facing life-altering challenges. Our services promote inclusion, strengthen coping skills, and build independent living abilities. We focus on helping each person increase stability, confidence, and community participation while working toward meaningful personal goals and improved quality of life.

Array of Brighter Beginnings offers in-home alternative family living, community individual support, respite care, and behavioral health services. Our services help those in need of services for the following: PTSD, Developmental Screenings, ADHD, Respite, and more. Our services are referral-based, and our care approach is evidence-based. AOBB, Inc. uses evidence-based practice to ensure that our staff makes informed patient care

decisions.
